Features and Advantages

The Hazavoid Systems ensure reliable safety and ease of usage, regardless of the situation. In order to provide this peace of mind, all systems (Hazavoid Wireless Alarm System and the Hazavoid Wireless Alert Beacon System) have a backup battery as well as solar pannels-powered options.

The Systems activate easily within 200 meters using a portable remote control for quick access and risk mitigation.

Hazavoid is your trustworthy partner to reach your workplace and everyday safety goals and ensure full protection for your entire zone of concern.

Marina Applications

There are many ways to utilise Hazavoid systems to the best of their abilities. Because no zone of concern is the same, our team of trained professionals will determine the best way to protect your area, inside out. The solutions can fit within older infrastructures and previous systems to avoid unnecessary and expensive changes. This also allows for users to easily customise the systems in various aspects.

Doing this provides an almost endless amount of possibilities for communication and precautions as both the tones and the beacon lights can change.

Many people will find themselves in a marina, from members, their younger children, inexperienced adults, and staff. Marinas, although in safe waters, are still very hazardous and members need to be careful of their surroundings. Not only that, but they are also the ones who need to report to staff in order to help them stay aware of such large areas of concern. This can be a difficult task depending on the situation, and the systems in place. There are many ways to adapt your Hazavoid solution to fit different needs.

Custom Tones for the Hazavoid Wireless Alarm System

There are many hazards that come with marinas, from their location to everyday accidents, many situations need awareness. Marinas cannot have cables or large sources of unprotected electricity because of the water surrounding them. Hazavoid solutions are fully wireless to avoid this risk. The Hazavoid WiLAS (pictured above) can act as a PA System for general announcing for day-to-day safety and information.

This is especially important for Marina Applications for weather changes and other communications. It is not uncommon for people to slip and fall, in this instance, it is not only essential to alert everyone around to stay where they are but also to find help. With the push of a button, the area of concern can blast a loud custom tone to alert and locate.

Fires on boats can be a real concern in marinas because of shore power. No matter how careful one is, accidents still happen. Creating a custom “Fire Alert” tone or using the “Evacuate”, activated by staff or members, could save lives.

Custom Colours for the Hazavoid Wireless Alert Beacon System

Hazavoid Beacons for the WiLERT Sytem for School Applications

The Hazavoid Wireless Alert Beacon System offers four different colours (Red, Amber, Blue, and Green) to fit most situations. In cases of sensory overload, LEDs can indicate danger or lack thereof in better ways than tones and alarms can. Creating reliable and adequate training for staff and members can allow for easy directing and less panic.

Using beacons can be a great solution for both general signaling in a busy marina, and indicating levels of danger in stressful situations. Different coloured lights are helpful to know to be especially aware of. If anyone falls into water, using beacons to indicate to entering boats to slow down or to stop completely can be done with a Red LED. The WiLERT (pictured above) can be used on its own or as a complement to the WiLAS System. At times, both visual and audio cues can be best, especially if one cannot find a staff member to talk to directly for information or reassurance. One can easily use beacons to assist help in locating them.

Hazavoid is your cost-friendly safety solution for most Marina Applications to alert and protect.
